We help experts become easier to find, trust, and for AI to describe accurately.

The Problem

Work goes to whoever is easiest to find and trust.

If people can’t find enough to trust you, you lose work you never knew was in play. If what they find is wrong, that is worse.

What Changed

Now clients ask AI about you before they call.

AI answers from the record it can find. If that record is thin, old or wrong, the answer can be too.

We help the right clients understand what you are known for.

How people see you

We get clear on what you should be known for, then turn your thinking into content that sounds like you.

How AI sees you

We strengthen the online record search and AI tools use, so the right facts are easy to find and verify.

The Griffin Method

Recognition does not grow because you post more. It builds with the right positioning.

Step 1

Find

We check Google, social and the main AI tools, then record exactly what they say about you. We look for gaps, old information and mistakes.

Step 2

Fix

We focus on what you stand for, then build the content and coverage that prove it. It sounds like you, and the facts hold up.

Step 3

Grow

We keep publishing, pitch you where your clients pay attention, and report monthly on enquiries, invitations and how you are described.

Getting one expert that does it all is rare.

We have a skilled team working on all visibility angles.

We measure and share where your business is visible.

Enquiries

Conversations and approaches that came to you.

Invitations

Speaking, podcast and media requests.

AI accuracy

How major AI tools describe you, and whether it is right.

Search

Visibility for your name and for your subject.

If AI is getting the facts wrong, we work to correct the public record behind the answer.

If major AI tools are repeatedly misrepresenting you when we begin, we correct the record within an agreed window, or we keep working at no extra fee until we do. The tools, the questions and the window are agreed in writing before we start.

FAQs

What is AI visibility, and why does it matter for my business?

AI visibility is how easily your business can be found, understood and recommended by AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.
More people are using AI tools to research companies, compare providers and decide who to contact. If those systems cannot clearly understand what your business does, who you serve and why you are credible, you may be missing opportunities before a potential customer ever reaches Google or your website.
AI visibility optimization helps strengthen the information and signals AI systems can use when answering questions about your industry, services and brand.

Yes, you can improve the likelihood that ChatGPT and other AI platforms understand and surface accurate information about your business, but no agency can control or guarantee what an AI system will say.

AI answers can draw on websites, search results, trusted third-party sources, structured information, brand mentions and other publicly available signals.

We focus on making your business easier for AI systems to understand by improving your website content, strengthening topical authority, clarifying your services and expertise, and identifying gaps in your wider online presence.

The goal is not to “game ChatGPT”. It is to make your business a clearer, more credible source for the questions your potential customers are already asking.

AI visibility optimization overlaps with SEO, but it is not exactly the same thing.

Traditional SEO focuses primarily on helping pages rank in search engines such as Google. AI visibility sometimes called Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) also considers whether AI systems can understand, trust, cite or recommend your business when generating answers.

There is significant overlap. Strong technical SEO, useful content, clear site structure and authority still matter. But AI visibility also places greater emphasis on answering real customer questions clearly, establishing identifiable expertise and making information easy for machines to interpret and retrieve.

Our focus is AI visibility rather than providing a conventional full-service SEO package.

AI visibility is a long-term growth strategy rather than an instant ranking fix, and the timeline varies by business, industry and starting point.

Some changes can improve how clearly your business is represented online relatively quickly. Wider improvements in AI mentions, citations and recommendations can take several months as updated content is discovered, indexed and incorporated into the information ecosystems AI platforms rely on.

Competition also matters. A specialist business with strong existing expertise may gain visibility faster than a company competing in a crowded national market.

We measure progress over time rather than promising a specific position in ChatGPT or another AI platform, because AI-generated answers are dynamic and no provider can guarantee inclusion.

Our content is created with human strategy, judgement and editorial oversight.

AI can be used as a supporting research or production tool where it genuinely improves the process, but we do not rely on publishing generic, unreviewed AI-generated content at scale.

Effective SEO and GEO content needs to reflect your actual business: your expertise, services, customers, experience and point of view. That requires human input and fact-checking.

The objective is not to produce more content simply because AI makes that possible. It is to create useful, accurate content that gives both potential customers and AI systems a clearer understanding of why your business is relevant.

We work with businesses that depend on being discovered, researched and trusted online before a customer gets in touch.

AI visibility can be particularly valuable for professional services, B2B companies, specialist consultancies, technology businesses, healthcare and wellness providers, property and financial services, legal and advisory firms, and other expertise-led businesses.

The best fit is usually a company with genuine knowledge or experience to demonstrate and a customer journey where people research their options before making an enquiry.

We do not apply the same strategy to every industry. The questions customers ask, sources AI platforms trust and competitive landscape all influence the approach.

The cost of AI visibility optimization depends on your current online presence, the competitiveness of your market and how much work is required across your website, content and wider brand visibility.

A business that already has a strong website and substantial expert content may primarily need an AI visibility audit and targeted optimization. Another may need new service pages, FAQ content, authority-building work and a longer-term content strategy.

We normally recommend starting by assessing where your business currently appears and where it is absent across relevant search and AI-generated answers. From there, we can define the highest-priority opportunities and provide a clear scope and cost.

The aim is to invest in the work most likely to improve discoverability and credibility, rather than selling a fixed package of content you may not need.
